Payments & Sensitive Information

We use state of the art payment gateways like PayTM, Razorpay etc for all online payments. We do not store any payment related information like card numbers, UPI details etc on our own servers.

Reschedule Policy

At Impday.com, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers needs to reschedule their service appointments. To ensure a seamless and convenient rescheduling process, we have developed the following generic reschedule policy for our service-based ecommerce company.

Rescheduling Requests:

Customers can request to reschedule their service appointments by contacting our customer support team through email, phone, or our online platform. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24-48 hours (depending on the product type) in advance of the original appointment time to allow for proper scheduling adjustments.

Availability and Time Slots:

Rescheduled service appointments are subject to availability. Our customer support team will work closely with customers to find a suitable alternative time slot based on their preferences and our availability.

Reschedule Fees:

If a rescheduling request is made before 48 hours of the original appointment time, a reschedule is free of cost. The reschedule fee, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer prior to finalizing the rescheduled appointment.

Fair Usage Policy:

We encourage customers to use the reschedule option responsibly and only when necessary. Repeated rescheduling or misuse of the reschedule policy may result in additional fees or limitations on future rescheduling requests.

If a customer needs to cancel their service appointment instead of rescheduling, our standard cancellation and refund policy will apply.

Communication and Confirmation:

Our customer support team will maintain open communication with customers throughout the rescheduling process, ensuring prompt responses and confirmation of the new appointment time. Customers will receive a revised appointment confirmation via email or WhatsApp with the updated details.

Exceptions:

In exceptional cases such as unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, rescheduling fees may be waived or refunded at the company’s discretion. The company reserves the right to make exceptions to the reschedule policy on a case-by-case basis.
